Purchasing information

Integrity of the product

 The primary product that I am selling is fine-art photography. As such, the prints that you purchase represent the highest standards of aesthetic and technical quality. In my laboratory, I print each photograph individually as a "custom print." The photographs that you will purchase will be superior in quality to the images viewed on this site; and, thus, you can display them privately or publicly for the most discriminating audiences.
    (The images that you examine on this site are merely inferior, low-resolution versions of the actual photographs, because the scanning and editing processes used to create the low-resolution versions give rise to artifacts and to losses in the tonal quality.)

How to purchase photographs

 Currently, I do not have an automated purchasing system running on this site, but I plan to implement a system of this type in the future.

To purchase photographs, you need to contact me via Email and provide identifying information for the photographs that you want to purchase. You may simply download the low-resolution images and attach them to your email.

    (Alternatively, using the mouse, you can obtain the image identification, when you right-click on the page containing the image and then left-click on "View Page Source." On this page, you will see a line that looks like, for example: img src="./alana12-low-res.jpg" . The identification is "alana12.")

After I receive your Email, I will respond to it by sending you a quote for the total amount including shipping, and I will give you an approximate date, when I will ship the photographs. If this information is satisfactory to you, you should notify me and send me a check for the amount. After I receive your notification, I will print the photographs and send them to you.

Prices

 The nominal sizes of the prints and the corresponding costs are the following.

8- x 10-inch or 8- x 12-inch: $50.00

11- x 14-inch: $75.00

16- x 20-inch: $95.00

If you want to buy three or more prints of different photographs, I will offer you a significantly reduced price, such as three for the price of two.

Unless you make other arrangements, I will ship the photographs via US Postal Service.
